A truly awesome hole, bounded on the left by Savick Brook, this is the second most difficult hole on the course. Your drive through a narrow gap is threatened by a huge beech tree on the right and a rambling, expansive willow on the left. If the bunker at 213 yards is avoided "you'll only be left with 206 yards uphill to the green". Cut into a sand hill the green is protected by a narrow entrance and bunkers on both sides. At 36 yards in length and with three levels this green offers its' own challenges. Anyone who pars this hole deserves due recognition.
